National Mass Care Exercise

The 2024 National Mass Care Exercise, called Keystone 6, will be held in Shippensburg, PA on May 21-23, 2024. The scenario will involve large scale impacts cascading across the region and need for mass care services for 100,000+ people. Pennsylvania will be standing up a commonwealth managed shelter (May 20) and activating operational/planning mass care task forces for Feeding, Sheltering, Disability Integration, Reunification, Household Pets, Housing, and Distribution of Emergency Supplies. Primary exercise play focuses on Emergency Support Function 6 (Mass Care/Emergency Assistance) functional areas.  Learn more.

The PAVOAD Spring meeting will be held in conjunction with the 2024 Keystone 6 National Mass Care Exercise, on Thursday, May 23, 2024.  The meeting will be held in Ceddia Union Building (CUB)l at Shippensburg University.  Parking is in the G-1 Lot (GPS Address: 57 Richard Ave, Shippensburg, PA 17257).  Click here for a map.  Schedule for the day is:
