Lowes Pro Government – Emergency Management Value Proposition

  • Lowes Pro Government can support a number of customer segments that would be activated in an Emergency Preparedness Situation
  • State Agencies / State Emergency Management Agency
  • County / City / Local Government
  • Non-Profit Customers (VOAD – Team Rubicon – Samaritans Purse, etc.)
  • We would help any of the effected customer segments with their existing Lowes Pro Government Program Account or we would help get a new Lowes.com Online Account set up for these customers.
  • Lowes.com Online Accounts can be loaded with State Contract Pricing (NASPO Cooperative Program) or our Cooperative Contract Programs (Omnia Partners or E&I Cooperative)
  • Lowes.com Online Accounts can be set up with Tax Exemption and Multiple Users so the functionality can support all of the organizations ordering needs
  • Lowes.com Online Orders can be set up for Lowes in-store pickups or can be set up for Delivery
  • Lowes.com Online Accounts can be set up with a Payment Method using a customer’s P-Card Program or we can support customers with an Open Account Billing Program using our LPS (Lowes Pro Supply) Program

Lowes Pro Command Center Capabilities-

  • Lowes Command Center located at our Mooresville NC Headquarters is our Emergency Preparedness Response Team
  • Lowes Command Center monitors weather occurrences and has capabilities to communicate and respond to any Emergency Preparedness Situation
  • Lowes Command Center’s first key action is to get emergency products and equipment out to our Lowes Stores in the affected area
  • Lowes Stores have solar powered back up emergency generators to keep the store functioning even in affected areas that might lose power
  • Lowes Command Center can also serve direct customers who need products and equipment in any Emergency Preparedness Situation (State Emergency Management Agencies)
  • Lowes Command Center can deploy products and equipment that is either pre-arranged or we can work with our suppliers to support order fulfillment of emergency products or products at a scale level
  • Examples of products that we deploy to emergency preparedness situations have included; generators, pumps, tarps, lumber, flash lights, batteries, clean up products, and bottles of water (truckload quantities).

Lowes Pro Government Team should be your first point of contact if there is an Emergency Preparedness Situation.  We will work in coordination with our Store Leadership Team and Command Center Team to offer whatever assistance is necessary to help our customers work through the challenges that weather, wild fires, water main breaks, or whatever emergency actions are needed.  Please see Lowes Pro Government Team contact info below-
